Salemtowne Civic Association

In line with their fiduciary duty the Board of Directors has studied the issue of the Association’s authority for certain rules not being strongly supported in the governing documents. Many of the rules and authorities are in question.  After consultation with the attorney, the Board is convinced that revision of governing documents is in the best interest of the Association.  You, as members, will be asked to approve a restatement of the CC&R’s and of the Bylaws.   

A letter was sent to each homeowner explaining this issue in detail.  All members will have the opportunity to vote and to have their opinion counted.  Your participation is imperative.  Follow the ongoing happenings in the “Governing Documents” widget below.

Board Intention to Revise Governing Documents

9/2021: The following letter from the Board was mailed to all homeowners in September 2021 regarding the Board’s desire to review and potentially revise Salemtowne’s Governing Documents:
