In line with their fiduciary duty the Board of Directors has studied the issue of the Association’s authority for certain rules not being strongly supported in the governing documents. Many of the rules and authorities are in question. After consultation with the attorney, the Board is convinced that revision of governing documents is in the best interest of the Association. You, as members, will be asked to approve a restatement of the CC&R’s and of the Bylaws.
