RV Parking – Salemtowne Civic Association

Three spaces are designated as RV parking with electrical hookup for guests and Salemtowne residents.

Electrical outlets are provided to eliminate use of generators.
No water or sewer hookups are available.
Spaces cannot be reserved. They are only available on a first come basis.
Maximum stay is seven (7) days.
Park headed according to the diagram for safety reasons.
ALL USERS are required to observe the Salemtowne no smoking policy which carries a fine of $250 for non-compliance.
Weight distribution pads are required to be used under stabilizing jacks.
The name of the resident host must be identified and visible on the RV.
A registration form along with payment must be turned into the office.

The RV parking fee is $20 per night whether with the electrical hookup or not.

All users are required to observe the Salemtowne no smoking policy. Weight distribution pads must be used under any stabilizing jacks. Guest RV users are required to comply with all Salemtowne Rules and Regulations. This includes the no-smoking rule. Guests must be accompanied by the resident host when using the swimming pool and other common facilities.

The RV parking fee is $20 per night whether with electrical hookup or without.
