Three RV spaces are designated as parking with electrical hookup for guests and Salemtowne residents. These spaces are located adjacent to the Greenhouse.
Electrical outlets are provided to eliminate use of generators. No water or sewer hookups are available. Spaces cannot be reserved and are used on a first come basis. Maximum stay is seven (7) days. All users are required to observe the Salemtowne no smoking policy. Weight distribution pads must be used under any stabilizing jacks. Guest RV users are required to comply with all Salemtowne Rules and Regulations. This includes the no-smoking rule. Guests must be accompanied by the resident host when using the swimming pool and other common facilities.
The RV parking fee is $20 per night whether with electrical hookup or without.
