Have you been down Edgewater Street lately? It is being revitalized with new businesses. Great things are happening in West Salem and we need to support these new businesses so they will thrive and remain in our great west side community!
Old Zen Wine Bar now open 7 days a week. They open at 3pm daily, 12pm on Saturday and Sunday. They also have live music every Sunday 3-5 . Oregon Wines are the showcase here, and a few local brews are available if that’s your preference. You can bring in food from a short list of restaurants in their immediate vicinity, or they have a couple prepared tray options that are available until they run out. Stop in and say hello to Nate, a West Salem resident and Veteran. He is happy to tell you all about his new place and introduce you to local wines.
The Vault Bar and Grill is right next door and has a nice atmosphere and a reasonably priced food menu. The building has been totally remodeled (formerly Garibaldi’s) and it is BEAUTIFUL!
Across the street is On Any Sundae and The Hoagie Grail. I bet you can imagine what they each serve!
A small but mighty Azuls Taco House is a great choice for… you guessed it, tacos. So many yummy choices. Nothing fancy, limited seating, but oh so good food.
Take a walk down Edgewater and see all that is new and exciting.
