Terry Davidson has brought the last proposed Salemtowne budget of his tenure to completion. Terry is resigning after four years of service as the Finance Committee Chair. It’s been a rewarding and important four years but all good things must come to an end. A huge thanks to him for his service.
In addition, over the past year the Finance Committee has seen several other committee members move on. Some have moved to new homes outside of the community. Some have moved to other volunteer postions within the community. A huge shout out to them as well for volunteering.
All of this to say …. volunteers are needed to round out the Finance Committee. No special qualifications are required except the ability to look at things from all sides and make considered decisions. The Finance Committee meets the third Thursday of the month at 1 p.m. Each meeting lasts approximately two hours.
