Landscape Architectural Review Committee
The Landscape and Architect Review Committee (LARC) is responsible for providing the orderly development, maintenance and preservation of front, exposed side yard, golf course lot landscape, and architectural control of Salemtowne. In accordance with the Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs), all Homeowners must obtain written approval of LARC prior to commencing any work that alters the exterior appearance of any property.
LARC is bound by the CC&Rs, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Rules and Regulations of Salemtowne. LARC is committed to maintaining a high degree of aesthetic value, quality lifestyle, and strong financial worth of all properties.
LARC does have 3 subcommittees, including: Landscape, Paint, and Focus.
