Soup & Bean Bag, a popular event held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, is open to all residents. A simple meal, not necessarily “soup” is served by volunteers who take tuns hosting the dinner each month. Other volunteers coordinate the play. The games begin after dinner.
Bean Bag is a game in which players take turns throwing weighted bags at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the board scores 1.
The cost is $5.00 for the meal + $1.00 for the game (prize money)
The sign up is posted monthly on the bulletin board outside the SCA Office so the hosts know how much dinner to prepare.
